Placing your Order: Orders may be placed by phone, fax or mail using a credit card, company/school purchase order, check or money order. Credit cards accepted include Mastercard, Visa, Discover or American Express. Approved companies or schools may submit purchase orders, all other groups and/or individuals must pre-pay using a credit card, check or money order. For faster more accurate fulfillment of your order, please complete the attached order form when calling, faxing or mailing your order.

Terms: Terms are Net 25 days for approved accounts using a Purchase Order. A service charge of 11/2% per month is applied to past due accounts.

Sales Tax: Orders delivered in the state of Minnesota must add 6.875% state sales tax. If you have tax exempt status, a copy of the exemption certificate should be faxed/mailed to MedPac Bags, Inc.


Shipping your Order
: Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. Orders with embroidery are shipped within 14 days. Orders paid by personal check are shipped subject to clearance of check. Orders are shipped by ground using a carrier of our choice deemed to be the fastest, most reliable and most economical (usually UPS Ground). Refer to order form for applicable ground shipping charges within the continental United States. Overnight, 2nd Day, 3rd Day and Saturday Delivery services are also available - please call for availability and prices. For international shipments (outside the continental United States) contact us for a shipping price quote

Returns/Exchanges/Cancellations: All returns or exchanges must have prior authorization. Please call for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Items must be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receipt and must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. Returns and exchanges not resulting from our error may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges unless a result of our error. Embroidered items are not returnable unless for warranty claim. Embroidery orders cannot be cancelled once item has been embroidered. Returned items must be insured for full value and shipped with RPS or UPS.

Shipping Damage
: MedPac is not responsible for goods damaged in transit. The shipping company is responsible for delivery of packages/ contents to you in good condition. Please inspect all packages upon receipt for signs of damage. If damage is visible, refuse to accept delivery until the damage is noted on the delivery receipt. Immediately unpackage and inspect for further damage. If "concealed damage" is discovered once shipper has left, promptly contact the shipping company (within 48 hours) and file a claim. Claims must be filed with the shipping company within 48 hours to receive compensation.


Sample Check-out:
Samples can be "checked-out" for evaluation with an approved company/school purchase order or credit card. Accounts will be charged if items are not returned in new, unused condition within 25 days. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges. All returned sample items must be insured for full value and shipped via RPS or UPS.


Pricing/Product Specifications/Quotes:
MedPac Bags, Inc. reserves the right to make pricing adjustments, design changes, product improvements, etc. where market changes make such demands. If price changes are significant, you will always be notified before shipment. Special price quotes are effective for 60 days. SportsMedic reserves the right to correct typographical and/or pricing errors in this catalog.


Our Guarantee:
MedPacs are guaranteed to be free of manufacturer and material defects for the lifetime of the product. Should an item be defective, MedPac Bags, Inc. has the option to repair or replace it. Should a warranty claim become necessary, please call immediately for a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
