Shipping your Order: Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. Orders with embroidery are shipped within 14 days. Orders paid by personal check are shipped subject to clearance of check. Orders are shipped by ground using a carrier of our choice deemed to be the fastest, most reliable and most economical (usually UPS Ground). Refer to order form for applicable ground shipping charges within the continental United States. Overnight, 2nd Day, 3rd Day and Saturday Delivery services are also available - please call for availability and prices. Returns/Exchanges/Cancellations: All returns or exchanges must have prior authorization. Please call for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Items must be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receipt and must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. Returns and exchanges not resulting from our error may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges unless a result of our error. Embroidered items are not returnable unless for warranty claim. Embroidery orders cannot be cancelled once item has been embroidered. Returned items must be insured for full value and shipped with UPS.
Shipping Damage: MedPac Bags, Inc. is not responsible for goods damaged in transit. The shipping company is responsible for delivery of packages/ contents to you in good condition. Please inspect all packages upon receipt for signs of damage. If damage is visible, refuse to accept delivery until the damage is noted on the delivery receipt. Immediately unpackage and inspect for further damage. If "concealed damage" is discovered once shipper has left, promptly contact the shipping company (within 48 hours) and file a claim. Claims must be filed with the shipping company within 48 hours to receive compensation.
